I'm a product guy who's worked on everything from physical products to internal tools no customer will ever see. I've co-founded startups, helped grow teams from the ground up, and led org-wide change inside a Fortune 500. What I care about most: building teams that outlast me, making hard things feel doable, asking better questions, and helping people grow.

I like being close to the work: figuring out what's worth solving, why it matters, and how to get people moving in the same direction. My experience spans eCommerce, logistics, digital media, and retail but the through line has always been the same: clear thinking, strong teams, and complexity-conscious progress that actually sticks.

I live in Austin, TX, where I spend most of my time at brewpub playgrounds, drawing or playing games with my kids, reading sci-fi and fantasy, or trying to perfect my turkey grilling technique (and occasionally getting mistaken for Aaron Franklin).
